All payments made are strictly non-refundable. This rule applies in every situation without any exception. Whether you have purchased online or offline, through digital transfer, cash, or any mode, once the amount is received, a refund is not possible.

We emphasize this point repeatedly because many customers assume that if they change their mind or if the product does not personally appeal to them (like color differences due to screen, design preference, etc.), they can get a refund. This assumption is incorrect. Roxy Belts does not provide refunds.

Even if the order has been dispatched and is in transit, there is no scope for a refund. Simple rule: No Refund.

Refunds and returns are not allowed, but exchange is possible only in the case of manufacturing defects.

The defect must be genuine and manufacturing-related, not due to misuse or wear & tear.

The customer must provide clear photo/video proof of the defect within 24โ€“48 hours.

After verification by our team, if the defect is confirmed, the product with the manufacturing defect will be eligible for exchange.

Exchange does not mean a refund. You will either get the same product replaced (subject to availability) or can select a product of equivalent value.

Simple principle: No Refund. No Return. Only Exchange for manufacturing defects.

Once you place an order and make the payment, the order cannot be canceled, and the payment is non-refundable. Cancellation is also not allowed after the order has been dispatched.

Products customized for you (special size, design modifications, engraving, tailor-made) are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

Roxy Belts shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines are provided only as estimates and are not guaranteed.

If the customer wishes, they may choose their own preferred transport or courier service. We will deliver the goods to the courier/transport company specified by the customer and provide the copy of the consignment note (bilty) either via WhatsApp or through the courier, as instructed.

However, in case of theft or damage to the goods during transportation, Roxy Belts will not be liable. In such cases, the customer will be solely responsible for raising a claim with the transport company or bearing the loss themselves. Roxy Belts shall not provide any form of compensation for such incidents. Our responsibility is strictly limited to handing over the consignment note (bilty). ย

ย Once an order is placed, you will normally receive your delivery within 7 to 10 days. However, this timeline may vary depending on the shipping partner, delivery location, and the quantity of the order. In case your order exceeds 300 pieces, additional time may be required, and our team will proactively contact you to inform you about the revised schedule. Once the goods have been dispatched from our side, any further delay shall be the responsibility of the respective shipping/transport partner, and customers are requested to coordinate with them directly.

Please note that in certain circumstancesโ€”such as unavailability of raw materials, unavoidable manufacturing issues, strikes, or natural calamitiesโ€”the delivery timeline may be extended. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep our customers informed in a timely manner. We remain committed to providing you with the highest quality products and reliable service at all times.

If the customer wishes to select their own preferred courier or transport service, then all discussions regarding charges must be handled directly between the customer and the chosen courier/transport provider, and the customer shall make the payment directly to them.
